SHIPPING
* All products ship internationally from Bali, Indonesia by sea fright or air. Average shipping time to USA and Europe by sea: 30 - 60 days. By air freight : several days
* Shipping charges vary greatly depending on the chosen shipping method, destination and quantities ordered, and are available by request

PAYMENT TERMS
* Retail / individual orders: Payment is due in full at the time of order. Sales tax will be added where applicable
* Wholesale orders: A deposit of 50% is due at the time of order. The remaining 50% is due when the product is ready
for shipment. Sales tax will be added where applicable.
* Payment accepted by Money Order, Cashier's Check and Credit Cards
* Wholesale prices and quantity discounts available
* Accessories can only be ordered in combination with Cabanas and Antique houses.
* Due to fluctuations in exchange rates, material costs and shipping charges, all prices are subject to change.

LEAD TIME
This varies depending on the size of your order, customization, order of Antique houses and their condition, and destination, as well as shipping method. If we don't have the requested item in stock in USA, it takes a minimum of 1 week from the time of your order until shipment from Bali. Please contact us for an estimate.

WARRANTY
All of our products are thoroughly checked for defects and parts before shipment. Wood may shrink or swell minimally depending on the moisture level in the environment, which is normal and won't cause any damage to the structural integrity.

Coconut Palm Wood
We use only the best coconut wood for our products because of its strength, easy maintenance, durability, and resistance to insects. It is also eco friendly, since it is mainly planted for use of its nuts, and when past the productive years, after 20-30 years, it is recycled into furniture and wood carving products. Coconut wood has no annual rings, branches or knots, and the wood is hard, durable and dense, with a high resistance to indentations and abrasions. The swelling and shrinkage is very minor with this type of wood, which makes it also very reliable.

The Aquaproof Fabric is specially treated to be water proof, and the canopy will shield from rain. However, it is not recommended to expose the mattress and bench covers to excess water. The Sky fabric is 100% waterproof and recommended for mattresses and benches that are exposed to a lot of moisture, such as around pool areas. The approximate lifespan of the fabric is 4-10 years, depending on the severity of weather exposure.

ASSEMBLY
The Cabanas and Antique houses are shipped in a disassembled state, and assembly is not included. Cabana Beach is designed for easy assembly, with step-by-step illustrated instructions, no professional carpenter required. Cabana Pool and all Antique houses require the services of a professional carpenter, who needs to be hired separately. We can arrange for assembly assistance in the greater Los Angeles area, and several destinations in Europe only, and for an additional fee. We can not guarantee the work of any independently hired carpenters.
